Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a hygiene evaluating device capable of evaluating a hand hygiene state with high accuracy. [Solution] A hygiene evaluating device 1 is provided with: a captured image acquiring unit 11 for acquiring a captured image of a hand; a calculating unit 12 for using the captured image to calculate a score related to a substance attached to the hand; and an output unit 15 for outputting the score calculated by the calculating unit 12. In this way, by evaluating a hand hygiene state more directly using a captured image of the hand, a more accurate evaluation can be performed.
