HYGIENIC PED THAT CAN BE USED BY WOMAN/MAN COMMONLY ON CHANGE BASIS

Invention Topic and Intended Use : A hygienic ped that is designed to be used by both man and woman as the same product by paying attention to some details during it's application against urine, sperm or other involuntary leakages excreted by the erotogen zone/organs (with the exception of the intensive excretions of the certain days of the lady's menstruation period).

The product is designed to give the possibility of common use and it causes the need to be used with many common reasons in terms of man and woman. These reasons can be brought together in two categories as social/psychological and physical.

In general, the reasons of ped usings in women are made an object of derision and sometimes it is the topic of underestimation by men among themselves. A current example of this issue is lived in Japan.

In short, woman can not step her foot on the wrestling mat in the tradition of Japanese Sumo wrestling. As woman is considered to be defective/faulty because of her excretions on her menstruation period days, ... etc, it is considered that the virtues of the wrestling is spoiled ! ! !

This tradition has lasted for the time period of years reaching to thousands and it is penetrated with a courageous and dignified lady when she stepped her foot on the wrestling mat. The above sample is a small part of the assessments regarding the ped and it's using in some communities and it shows the predominant size of the issue.

Whereas, the daily peds that are used by women for the various excretions (with the exception of the intensive excretions of the certain days of the lady's menstruation period) are also needed by men at least as much as the women do. When men pee, they drop some part of the urine to their underwears and somtimes they even drip the urine almost everytime they pee (the part remaining part in the canal that can be intensively triggered involunterily). This leakage causes several unwanted situatons like smells, stains and irritations on it's certain parts. Besides, the oozing of the sperms and leakages in connection with some diseases and happening involuntarily during the sleeping cause discomforts on the men himself and at the same time, these situations cause serious harms on their partners (such as intensive throat and oral infections contaminated from the bed and bed linings by the use of hands).

In summary, daily usings of the peds are needed by men at least as much as the women do.

Especially, this product that is designed for the use of both groups and that will be presented in single package will eliminate many unfair and groundless prejudices from social stand point. Existing Applications : From the stand point of women, ths using of daily ped (other than the one used during the menstruation period) already exists and they do all the needful in this subject with great sensitivity. But, as regards to men, the situation does not seem to be very pleasent. There seems to be no product available that can be used on daily basis and that can control the part oozing to the underwear during a certain period of time after having the pee.. In 1986,although a product with the patent number

4,576,599 has been developed for the use of man,there is no sample of this product that has been offered for the known sellings in market.Besides,that product was designed in a way to be used by woman and it did not contain any expression indicating that it could be used by woman.Especially, there is no system in the public lavatories applied on the pissoirs to rinse or wash the limb after having the pee. As men can not open up the zipper and wash the limb in the lavatory, he accepts the situation in a despairing way. In such circumstances, the most known exercise of the men is to shake the limb quckly and to getr id of the remaining drops. In the end, the situation can be summarized with the anonym saying as " .... the last drop drips into the underwear ....".

Some innovations and benefits to be brought by the Common Use (woman/man) of Ped : - At first, it is seen that a product that can be used against daily leakages (urine, sperm, ... etc) and that is offered for the sales as well as the need of men for such a product is not apprehended enough.

This product will be able to fulfill this need up to an important degree.

- Man and woman will be able to use the same product based on the same grounds (urine, oozing, sperm, ... etc) against the leakages under the same package. From the stand point of woman, the most important issue of change will be to introduce such an hygienic product to the men in her near surroundings (such as spouse, son, brother). The peds bought by them will be extremely reachable by the men in the close surrounding. In this respect, the peds will be intruced to the men by women with the maturity being on the opposite of the men's approach for the lady ped and in a way by not underestimating situation.

- When the peds are used up and finished, they will be able to ask the same from each other and this way the accessability of the product will be increased on the difficukt days.

- Especially, men will be able to take care of their leakage problems taking place during namaz and ritual ablution and they will be able to solve their seious discomforts caused by the same. They will even find the possibility to solve their anxieties caused by the oozings of involuntary sperm and excretions taking place during the night time as the product will eliminate the contact of such substances with the underwears.

-When men have their pees in their unique way by standing up, they want to drip the rmeining part after the pee by roughly shaking. At this moment, the drops drip on the mats, floor covers or on the carpets, ... etc without being aware of the situation. These drops of urine cause very bed smellings and various stains by the time. In some lavatories (such as home, hotel, ... etc) the source of the bad smellings which can not be prevented somehow are these drops. When woman buy her daily ped for the purpose of common use, she will be able to take the initiative for the man to use such a product by making it available with certain quantities in certain places like the lavatories.

-There will be the possibility of savings on the issues like detergent, energy and water.

-It will be suitable for the utilizations of the men who have discomforts of illnesses such as prostate, ... etc as they are in the need of having frequent pees.

- Starting from the small ages with various reasons and which may continue throughout the childhood, there is the situation publicly called as "wetting the underclothes". When the reasons of this situation are disappeared, this issue may come back to normal while it leaves bad psychological traces on some persons. Because the community makes this types of issues a subject of underestimating and merrying over the issue. This situation creates guilt feelings in the person and enuresis syndrome occurs by the time. Women get over with their fears of the issue because of using peds after reaching a certain early age level while men keep this "wetting the underclothes" fear and shame alive in their consciouses almost every time they pee. The product prevents this type of drippings/oozings and gives psychological support to the person in such circumstances. Intended use of the Product and Explanations with the Figures:

The product is designed for the common usings of women and men against daily weak oozings (urine, sperm, ... etc) and it is a hygienic ped. The product is packaged to be used in the same package and it will provide serious conveniences for both woman and man. it's capability of being changed for the intended usings of both woman and man will provide serious advantages and at the same time, it offers serious advantages for it's availability. The figures of this invention's applications are given in the appendix.

It shows the orientation only for the using of woman by having the seperation of internal absorbent part that is commonly used by both woman and man and sticky back surface from the oily body of the product.

The parts on the figures are numbered and the correspondings of these numbers are given below: Ia. The winged part of the product taking place till the middle part of the internal absorbent common body.

Ib. The other half taking place under the internal absorbent common body and winged middle part. 2- Sticky wing with the bandage in the edge of the internal absorbent body (right wing in Figure: 1). 3- Sticky bandage taking place in the edge of wing number (2).

4- Second wing of the internal absorbent body (left wing in Figure: 2).

5- Elastic bandage in the orientation of men's usings (Figures: 1-2-3).

6- The middle part where the internal absorbent part is folded being parallel to each other in the men's usings (Figures: 1-2-3). 7- Small sticky bandage affixed to the body while the wings are in closed state (Figure: 3).

8- Complete common used internal body hold on to sticky surface of oily internal body in the using by woman (Figure: 4).

9- Complete common used internal absorbent body of the product hold on to the surface of oily internal body with the sticky surface in the usings of woman (Figure: 4). 10- External rear body taking place in the back of oily body of the common used product. Wings and sticky wing bandage, elastic bandage and the sticky bandage affixing the wing to the back hold on to the body.

Detailed Narration: The product is a hygienic ped that is designed giving the possibility for the usings of woman and man on the besis of being changeable between the two and to be used against against the daily weak oozings. Fixed parts wings (2) and (4), sticky bandage (3) in the edge of the wing (2) are connected to wings (2) and (4) external back (10) and internal oily part (9) with external back (10) and elastic bandage (5). Seperatable parts are external back (10), the wings (2) and (4) on it, sticky bandage affixing without opening (7) with stick surface on it's back (8) and fixed internal oily part (9) and sticking common absorbent part for the usings of woman and man (Ia) and (Ib).

a) For the usings of Man, the elastic bandage (5) of the wings (2) and (4) taking place on external back (10) are transferred to internal absorbent surface (Ia) by lifting it slightly. The wings of the ped (2) and (4), sticky bandage (7) and the external back (10) to which they hold on to are released from the surface and they are opened to two sides. Internal absorbent surface (Ia) part comes under the limb. The ped (6) is folded from the middle part and the internal absorbent part (Ib) which is folded on the top part and the winged internal absorbent part (Ia) which is folded at the bottom part are affixed together by having the limb between them. Following this, the wing number (4) is closed and then wing number (2) comes on it. Finally, the sticky bandage (3) in the edge of the wing number (2) is opened and it is affixed on wing number (4) and after these processes the pruducts become ready to be used by man (Figure: 1-2-3).

b- Another way of using the product for Man, is to have the wings (2) and (4) fixed without opening with the sticky bandage (7) on external back part (10). Internal absorbent (Ia) part of the ped comes under

the limb and the ped is folded from the middle part (6). The limb is affixed between the internal absorbent part (Ib) that is folded on top part and the internal absorbent part (Ia) taking place on the bottom. After that, the elastic bandage (5) on the wings (2) and (4) taking place on the external back (10) are lightly pulled and then it is left to the external back part (10) taking place on top of the yop absorbent part (Ib) and from the bottom back part (10) of the bottom absorbent part (Ia). The ped is affixed to the limb with elastic bandage (5). This way of using is recommended for the ritual ablution and between the namaz for short period usings. (Figure: 3) c- Changeable common using daily hygienic ped in the woman using, is applied by slightly lifting the internal absorbent surface (Ia) and (Ib) compeletely -which is the common using part of the product- by holding it from one end. The sticky part (8) which is located on the back side of the absorbent part (Ia) and (Ib) is separated from the oily surface (9) which is held on by it. The ped becomes ready to be used which is affixed to the underwear of the woman by it's sticky part (8).

The remaining parts are the wings (2) and (4), sticky bandage (3) of wing edge (2), elastic bandage (5), sticky bandage (7), oily part (9) and external back (10) are the parts orientated for the using of man and these parts are disposed of without causing any damage for the environment. The product can be offered for the sales in different bignesses and sizes having the options of with or without perfume and in the packagings consisiting of changing quantities.
