Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hygroscopic nonwoven fabric having excellent hydrophilic characteristics and a manufacturing method therefor. The hygroscopic nonwoven fabric is manufactured by injecting, into a spunbond long-fiber nonwoven fabric, in which a web is formed on a continuous belt by spinning a polyolefin-based polymer and thermal bonding is carried out, on the basis of the weight of the nonwoven fabric, 1-20% of a hygroscopic agent master batch, which has melting temperatures having three peaks at 40-80°C, 100-140°C and 141-180°C, respectively, and then melt mixing the same when measurement is performed by increasing the temperature from room temperature to 300°C at 10°C/min by means of a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The hygroscopic nonwoven fabric and the manufacturing method therefor, of the present invention, are industrially useful since the nonwoven fabric is manufactured by providing a specific hygroscopic agent master batch, thereby providing excellent hydrophilic durability, allowing hydrophilicity to be partially added to a region to which hydrophilicity is to be added, and allowing a hygroscopic nonwoven fabric product to be produced without the generation of smoke of spunbond equipment in conventional equipment not having a separate equipment extension and the like.
