The hypotension-predicting device (100) predicts hypotension in a living body (900) such as a patient undergoing dialysis. The hypotension-predicting device is provided with: a pulse rate-calculating unit (110) that calculates the pulse rate of the body; a blood flow-calculating unit (120) that calculates the blood flow of the body; a risk level-determining unit (150) that determines the risk level, which represents the risk of hypotension occurring, based on changes in at least one of the calculated pulse rate and the calculated blood flow; and a "high risk state"-rating part (160) that rates the patient as being in a "high risk state," wherein the risk of hypotension is higher than the determined risk level, when the amplitude of fluctuations in at least one of the calculated pulse rate and calculated blood flow in a prescribed period exceeds a threshold defined by the determined risk level. Hypotension in the body can thereby be predicted early and with high accuracy.
