Abstract:
The present application discloses an iBeacon positioning-based indoor service request method, system, and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: an iBeacon device periodically broadcast a wireless signal including the ID information of the iBeacon device; a user terminal device receives the wireless signal and identifies the iBeacon device according to the ID information, and transmits the identification result to a device management platform to request synchronization information; the device management platform determines, according to the identification result, the indoor service scenario information corresponding to the iBeacon device, and transmits same to the terminal device, said indoor service scenario information including indoor positioning information and the service information corresponding to the indoor positioning information; according to the service information, the user initiates a service request by means of the terminal device or the device management platform. The broadcast capability of the iBeacon device is used to implement rapid and precise positioning in an indoor service scenario, thereby allowing for accurate response to a user service request. In addition, iBeacon devices have low power consumption and low cost, and can therefore be applied widely in different indoor service scenarios.
