Abstract:

Provided are an ICB assembly, a battery module comprising same, and a method for manufacturing same, the ICB assembly suitable for a battery module having a horizontally-stacked structure in which unidirectional battery cells are stacked such that cell leads thereof are placed to face each other. The ICB assembly according to the present invention comprises: an ICB frame for accommodating cell leads such that unidirectional battery cells each having a cell lead formed at one end thereof are placed to face each other so that the cell leads thereof face each other; and a bus bar assembled to the ICB frame and electrically connected to the cell leads, wherein the cell leads are placed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the ICB frame.
