Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ice-crushing-and-sorting apparatus. The present invention comprises: a crushing unit; a cutting unit; and sorting units, and thereby can crush ice into large-sized ice pieces having a particle size of 2.5-3 cm, middle-sized ice pieces having a particle size of 1-2.54 cm, and fine-powder-type ice pieces having a particle size of less than 0.4 cm, and simultaneously enables sorting by size depending on various uses of ice. In addition, the present invention further comprises an auxiliary crushing unit, and thereby can re-crush ice pieces, which have a particle size of 0.4-0.99 cm and are sorted through a third sorting unit among the sorting units via the cutting unit after being crushed by the crushing unit, so as to become ice pieces having a particle size of 0.4 cm or less, whereby the ice pieces having a particle size of 0.4-0.99 cm, which are to be discarded, can be reused for ice flakes or ice-cream making.
