Provided is an ice cube dispensing assembly (1), comprising a dispensing hopper (11) and multiple ultraviolet-light-emitting devices (12). The dispensing hopper (11) comprises a hopper body (111) for having ice cubes to be sterilized placed therein and a guide pipe (112) placed at a lower end of the hopper body (111), the hopper body (111) being connected to the guide pipe (112) in a communicating manner. The multiple ultraviolet-light-emitting devices (12) are uniformly arranged on an inner side wall of the guide pipe (112). The pipe shape of the guide pipe (112) matches the shape of the ice cubes to be sterilized. Also disclosed is an ice cube dispenser comprising a support frame (2), a support rod (3), a base (4) and the ice cube dispensing assembly (1). One end of the support rod (3) is perpendicularly provided on the base (4), and the other end of the support rod (3) is perpendicularly provided on the support frame (2). The ice cube dispensing assembly (1) is suspended on the support frame (2). By placing the ice cubes in the hopper body (111) of the hopper (11) and arranging the multiple ultraviolet-light-emitting devices (12) in the guide pipe (112) to carry out ultraviolet sterilization on falling ice cubes, the safety of consumption of the ice cubes falling into an ice storage container is ensured.
