Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ice cup maker. The ice cup maker, according to one embodiment of the present invention, stores, in a storage space of a hopper, ice crystals supplied from an ice machine, and injects a fixed quantity of ice crystals into cavities of a forming mold by using a measuring device arranged in the lower part of the hopper such that the ice crystals can be pressurized, molded, and extracted through a core so as to be easily molded and made into ice cups. In addition, when the molding of the ice cups is completed, the ice cups separated from the core are held through a holding device and are discharged to the outside. Therefore since a fixed quantity of required ice crystals for molding ice cups can be injected, unnecessary waste of ice crystals can be prevented, and the ice cups can be easily made and provided by vertically ascending and descending the core through a driving method of a combination of a driving motor and a ball screw and by sliding the measuring device and the holding device.
