Abstract:
An ice maker (1) and a refrigerator. The ice maker (1) comprises: a frame (100), an ice-making tray (200), and splash-proof baffles (300) respectively provided above two side walls of the ice-making tray (200); the ice-making tray (200) is rotatably provided in the frame (100) between an ice-making position and an ice-removing position; each splash-proof baffle (300) comprises a shielding part (310) and a clamping part (320) extending upwards from the shielding part (310), and the clamping part (320) is detachably connected to the frame (100); when the ice-making tray (200) is located in the ice-making position, the shielding parts (310) abut against the side walls of the ice-making tray (200); when the ice-making tray (200) rotates from the ice-making position to the ice-removing position, the shielding parts (310) are separated from the side walls of the ice-making tray (200).
