Abstract:
An ice-making machine 10 is provided with: a water storage tank 60 in the interior of which water can be stored, and which has an inflow part 68 into which water flows, and an outflow part 61A from which water flows; an ice-making unit 20 for freezing the water flowing out from the outflow part 61A, and thereby making ice; and a UV sterilization device 90 for sterilizing the water by irradiating the water with ultraviolet light. The UV sterilization device 90 is arranged such that the ultraviolet light irradiation range thereof includes at least the route of the water flowing in from the inflow part 68.
