Abstract:
Provided is a manufacturing method for an ice tray (1) that exhibits stable brazeability. First, a base plate (10) comprising a brazing sheet (14) is prepared. The brazing sheet (14) comprises a core material (11) comprising an aluminum alloy and a brazing material layer (12a, 12b) disposed on both faces of the core material. The brazing material layer (12a, 12b) comprises a first layer (121) that is made of an aluminum alloy with a Mg content limited to no more than 0.15%, and a second layer (122) that is positioned closer to the core material (11) than the first layer (121) and that is made of an aluminum alloy containing 0.2 to 5% of Mg. At least one of the first layer (121) and the second layer (122) further contains 4 to 13% of Si. Next, a partition member (20) and a channel forming member (30) are assembled on the base plate (10). Then, these are brazed via the brazing material layer (12a, 12b) without using flux.
