Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: an ICG lipid derivative that can form lipid microparticles having excellent stability and/or capable of releasing a drug in a selective manner; and lipid microparticles each containing the ICG lipid derivative. [Solution] Provided are lipid microparticles each containing a compound represented by formula (A) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. [In the formula, R1and R2 each independently represent -(CH2)k-CONH-R3; R3 represents a group selected from the group consisting of -(CH2)m-OPO3 --CH2-CH(CH2OCOR4)(OCOR5), a branched C14-C40 alkyl group, and a branched C14-C40 alkenyl group; R4 and R5 each independently represent a linear or branched C13-C21 alkyl group or a linear or branched C13-C21 alkenyl group; k represents an integer of 2 to 4; and m represents an integer of 2 to 4.]
