Provided are an identification card transaction system, which is so strong against a bending or a high temperature that it is not broken and which prevents an unauthorized copy of identification information recorded, thereby to eliminate leakage of personal information or erasure of the identification information, and an identification card transaction system which has prevented an unauthorized use of the identification information. The identification card (1) has at least one identification information recording portion (20) in a card body (10) which is integrally formed of a 6-4 titanium alloy. The identification information recording portion is constituted such that a plurality of cells (30) divided finely in the longer-side direction of the card are arrayed at a plurality of stages in the shorter-side direction of the card. Each of the cells is provided with first identification information according to a predetermined angle of a straight pattern engraved in each cell, and second identification information according to a predetermined depth of the cells engraved. A plurality of pieces of intrinsic identification information are prepared by combining the first identification information and the second identification information. Moreover, the identification card is colored on its surface with a deposited metal layer. The identification information is engraved by a laser engraver. The identification card can be used in a transaction system according to an automatic cash dispenser.
