Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an identification device for a suspended carrier, and a control method. An upper portion of the identification device is fixedly connected to a suspension rod, and an upper end of a load rod is inserted into the identification device from below and is in elastic extension and retraction connection with the identification device, such that the upper end of the load rod can move up and down in the identification device; a conducting member is arranged on an outer wall of the upper end of the load rod, two cut-off points of a sensing loop of a sensing chip carried by the identification device extend into an insertion cavity for the load rod, and the two cut-off points are arranged corresponding to the conducting member in terms of position; and when the upper end of the load rod and the conducting member move downwards together, the conducting member can be in contact with the two cut-off points for conduction, such that the sensing loop of the sensing chip is connected. In the present invention, a sensing concept of suspended carriers is redesigned, and the real-time monitoring of the load condition of carriers is implemented on the basis of existing suspended production lines.
