Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to to provide an identification system for work machines that can prevent erroneous settings. The identification system for work machines is provided with a first control device to control the entire work machine and a plurality of second control devices to control constituent elements of the work machine, wherein the first control device acquires information pertaining to the entire work machine vehicle body, and each second control device acquires information pertaining to the state of a constituent element that is different from the other second control devices on the basis of the mounting site of that second control device on the work machine and sets the functionality of the second control device on the basis of the information pertaining to the state and the information pertaining to the entire vehicle body.
