Abstract:
An identifying and controlling system of slaughter production line comprises
a data server and a plurality of controllers in communication with the data server,
a plurality of radio-frequency read-write devices in communication with each
controller or data server, at least a track radio-frequency electronic label
integrally arranged with the slaughtered articles. The slaughtered articles
can be moved along a production line . The production line is also provided with
at least a detecting module and a detachment control module. The detected data
can be written into the track radio-frequency electronic label of the corresponding
slaughtered articles by a controller and a read-write device of the detecting
module. The detachment control module can read the track radio-frequency electronic
label by a read-write device of the detachment control module and control a branch
track separating arrangement based on the detected data by its controller to
separate slaughtered articles of different classes. The system and its identifying
method can automatically perform labeling , identifying , tracking and controlling.
