Abstract:
Disclosed is an idle channel evaluation method. The method comprises: evaluating, within a first pre-set time period, whether an unlicensed frequency spectrum resource is idle based on a first channel evaluation criteria; if it is idle, determining a second channel evaluation criteria as a channel evaluation criteria for evaluating whether the unlicensed frequency spectrum resource is idle; or if it is not idle, determining a third channel evaluation criteria as a channel evaluation criteria for evaluating whether the unlicensed frequency spectrum resource is idle, wherein the second channel evaluation criteria evaluates that the unlicensed frequency spectrum resource is idle more easily than the first channel evaluation criteria, and the third channel evaluation criteria evaluates that the unlicensed frequency spectrum resource is idle more difficultly than the first channel evaluation criteria; and evaluating whether the unlicensed frequency spectrum resource is idle by means of the determined channel evaluation criteria, and when it is evaluated that the unlicensed frequency spectrum resource is idle, sending uplink data to a network device by means of the unlicensed frequency spectrum resource. By adopting the method, an unlicensed frequency spectrum resource can be used more reasonably.
