Abstract:
This idle stop control device includes: an idle stop condition establishment determining unit that determines that an idle stop condition, which is a prescribed condition in which the idling of a vehicle engine is stopped, has been established; an idle stop exclusion determining unit that determines that an idle stop exclusion condition has been established due to the occurrence of one or more specific exclusion factors that exclude the execution of an idle stop when the idle stop condition has been established; and an exclusion frequency counter that counts the exclusion frequency, which is the number of times the establishment of the idle stop exclusion condition has been determined by the idle stop exclusion determining unit.
