Abstract:
An inductor device and a manufacturing method thereof. The inductor device includes a double E-shaped magnetic core (2,3) formed by non EI-shaped magnetic core and a coil (1). Firstly, an insulating layer is provided on a magnetic core cylinder of a central cylinder magnetic core which needs winding and the thickness of the insulating layer is less than 0.5mm. The insulating layer is winded by the single strand enameled wire or the multistrand twisted enameled wires in turn according to the needed winding turns afterwards. After winding the enameled wire coil, the double E-shaped magnetic core is formed by butting the central cylinder magnetic core and a side cylinder magnetic core.
