Title:
IG E DETECTION AND ALLERGY DIAGNOSTIC METHOD USING ENZYME-MIMETIC NANOZYME-BASED IMMUNOASSAY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/084340
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to: enzyme-mimetic nanoparticles for allergy diagnosis; a lateral flow chromogenic chip using the enzyme-mimetic nanoparticles for allergy diagnosis, and a manufacturing method therefor; and an immunoplate method and kit for allergy diagnosis, using the enzyme-mimetic nanoparticles for allergy diagnosis. To this end, one aspect of the present invention provides enzyme-mimetic nanoparticles for allergy diagnosis, having a first anti-IgE antibody labeled on the surface thereof by physical bonding, being monodisperse, and comprising an inorganic metal catalyst oxidizing a chromogenic substrate. According to the present invention, provided are a lateral flow chromogenic chip for allergy diagnosis and an immunoplate kit for allergy diagnosis, the chip and the kit: enhancing the stability of a diagnostic kit by using an inorganic metal catalyst-based diagnostic immunoassay method having alleviated enzymatic instability and variability caused by a temperature change and a pH change, which are the problems of a conventional enzyme-based diagnostic immunoassay method; reducing examination time; and improving economic feasibility by reducing costs for each of the processes of manufacturing, transportation, storage, and examination.
