Abstract:
Provided is an ignition control device for an engine. This ignition control device is configured to release stored energy from a capacitor during ignition and discharge by controlling a switch to thereby supply a primary current to the other end side opposite to one end connected to a direct-current power source of a primary winding of an ignition coil. Consequently, the ignition control device capable of satisfactorily stabilizing the combustion state of a fuel-air mixture while suppressing increases in frame and manufacturing cost as much as possible is provided.
