Abstract:
In the present invention, when an abnormality determination means (28) determines the presence of a breakdown of an energy input circuit (6), an energy input line (β) that inputs electrical energy from the energy input circuit (6) to a primary coil (3) is switched to an off state by means of an output halting switch means (29). As a result, because the energy input to the primary coil (3) is halted, even in the unlikely situation that the energy input circuit (6) has undergone a breakdown, it is possible to avoid the problem of a continuation of electrical energy input, and so it is possible to increase reliability.
