An ilium repair device, comprising: a main repair body (10). The main repair body (10) has an arched structure. The main repair body (10) comprises a first end (11) forming a contacting engagement with a sacrum, and a second end (12) forming a contacting engagement with an acetabulum (2). The first end (11) is provided with a first screw hole (111). The first screw hole (111) is a tapered hole. The first screw hole (111) is internally provided with a first screw base. The first screw base has a spherical inner surface. The ilium repair device further comprises a rod structure. The rod structure comprises a connection base (22) and a rod (23). The connection base (22) is connected to the main repair body. The rod (23) is fixed on the connection base (22). The ilium repair device further comprises an anti-slip structure (30). The anti-slip structure (30) is provided between the main repair body (10) and the connection base (22). The anti-slip structure (30) comprises a first anti-slip extension (31). The technical solution effectively resolves the issue of a rod system in the prior art, in which the rod system has unreliable support and is prone to fatigue and fracture.
