Abstract:
Disclosed are: an illuminating apparatus, which is provided with a light source, and a heat dissipating member that dissipates heat generated from the light source; and an illuminating system having the illuminating apparatus. The illuminating apparatus is small, can be stylishly designed, and highly effectively dissipates heat. The illuminating apparatus is provided with: a cylindrical casing (111); the light source (112) disposed on the leading end side of the casing (111); a fan (1140) disposed on the rear end side of the casing (111); and the heat dissipating member (113), which is housed between the light source (112) and the fan (1140) in the casing (111), and which dissipates heat generated from the light source (112). The casing (111) has an opening (H2) in the rear end surface, said opening being connected to the fan (1140).
