Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an illuminating apparatus using semiconductor light emitting elements, comprising a control switch for turning on/off an electrical connection between a bypass current path and an nth semiconductor light emitting element group, and turning off the electrical connection when the voltage of power supply has a value sufficient to allow both an (n-1)th semiconductor light emitting element group and the nth semiconductor light emitting element group to emit light.
