Abstract:
An illuminating device (10) for an automobile is provided with: a long light outputting unit (20) for outputting light (LI1); a light source (50) which supplies the light (LI1); and a light emission control means (70), which receives start signals (SI1-SI3) from an automobile (1), and controls to output the light (LI1) such that the light travels in a form of line or strip from the light outputting unit (20) in the longitudinal direction (D1) of the light outputting unit. The light source (50) may be configured of a plurality of light sources (L1-Ln). The light outputting unit (20) may be configured of a plurality of long light guide bodies (A1-An), which are sequentially arranged by having the end surfaces (31) in the longitudinal direction (D1) close to each other with light blocking units (40) therebetween.
