Abstract:
An illuminating device (200) is provided with: an illuminating system (210) that outputs illuminating light; a shock sensor (222) that detects a shock; memory (224) for storing information of the shock detected by the shock sensor (222); and a light source controller (226) that performs, on the basis of the shock information stored in the memory (224), a diagnostic test for diagnosing whether there is a failure of the illuminating system (210).
