Abstract:
An illuminator device powered complementally by the wind and the light includes a
solar battery board (4) and a wind generator (6). The output ends of the solar battery
board and the wind generator link with an accumulator (7) and a power consumption load
by a charging and discharging control circuit. The blades of the wind generator (1)
are helicoid, which twine in the vicinity of a vertical rotating shaft. The vertical
rotating shaft is set in the middle of a supporting frame (5), the solar battery
board is fixed on the top of the supporting frame.
