Abstract:
Disclosed is an illuminating device which can emit light for a long time with power supplied from an electric storage unit, while having excellent visibility.
The illuminating device is provided with: a solar cell device (2); the electric storage unit (3) charged with power supplied from the solar cell power generating device (2); a sign unit (6), which has a plurality of light emitting bodies that emit light with power supplied from the electric storage unit (3); and a control device (7), which controls light emission of the light emitting bodies of the sign unit (6). The control device changes light emission mode of the light emitting bodies on the basis of the residual electric storage quantity of the electric storage unit (3), and changes the power to be consumed by the sign unit (6).
