Claims 1. A system characterised by a waterproof lighting system provided with a cable for electric connection (10) consisting of a blue light source (1), a light mixing chamber (2), a translucent screen for light changing colour (3), sealing elements (4) and (5), a base (6) and a ring (7), a sealing cable gland (8), screws (9), and located in a housing (1 1) that constitutes the main body of the lighting fixture. 2. According to the preceding claim, a system characterised by a light mixing chamber (2) and a translucent screen for light colour changing that constitute the lighting device (3), are located in the main housing of the lighting fixture, usually consisting of a container and a screen in transparent material, where a sealing element is positioned between the housing (1 1) and the screen in transparent material. 3. According to the preceding claim 1, an invention characterised by the fact that the light mixing chamber (2) and the translucent screen for light colour chamber (3) constituting the lighting fixture, are enclosed in a cell that is obtained by coupling a base (6) and a ring (7) with each other. The cell incorporates a sealing element (4) between the base (6) and the ring (7), a sealing element (5), which is incorporated to the translucent screen for light colour changing (3) and is located between the ring (7) and the mixing chamber (2); and a sealing cable gland (8) is located between the cable for electric connection (10) and the base (6). Sealing elements (4) and (5) are pressed between the base (6) and the ring (7) that are secured to each other by means of screws (9). |
It is known how it is possible to position the illuminating device in the main housing of the lighting fixture according to the two methods described below. In the first case, a blue led light source, a light mixing chamber and a light colour changing screen are positioned within the main housing of the lighting fixture that usually consists of a container and a screen in transparent material, where a sealing element is positioned between the container and the screen in transparent material. In the second case, a blue led light source, a light mixing chamber and a light colour changing screen that constitute the lighting device are positioned within the main housing of the lighting fixture that usually consists of a container provided with an opening.
In the field of lighting fixtures for public and private areas there is a huge need for protecting the fixtures contributing to the propagation of light from foreign bodies, such as dust, water and smog for the purpose of maintaining over time the original level of efficiency. It is also known that it is important to built lighting fixtures with higher and higher efficiency ratios (energy in use/quantity of light emitted). The technical solution that we propose with this invention is described below and shown in figure 1, and represents an element of technological innovation as it combines the protection of a lighting device from dust, water and smog with an increased efficiency (energy in use/quantity of light emitted) obtained by eliminating the screen in transparent material.
The blue led light source (1), the light mixing chamber (2) and the translucent screen for light colour changing (3), which constitute the lighting device, are enclosed in a cell that is obtained by coupling a base (6) and a ring (7). The cell incorporates a sealing element (4) between the base (6) and the ring (9) that ensures a sealing effect. The translucent screen incorporates an additional sealing element (5), which is provided for the purpose of changing the colour of light (3) and is located between the ring (7) and the mixing chamber (2); and a sealing cable gland (8) is located between the electric connection (10) and the base (6). Sealing elements (4) and (5) are incorporated between the base (6) and the ring (7) that are secured to each other by means of screws (9).
The waterproof lighting device consisting of a blue light source (1), a light mixing chamber (2), a translucent screen for the light colour chaining (3), sealing elements (4) and (5), a base (6), a ring (7), a sealing cable gland (8), screws (9), is located within the main housing of the lighting fixture, which usually comes with a container (11) as shown in figure 1.
