Abstract:
To provide an illuminating device having excellent image projection functions capable of efficiently discharging to the outside heat generated by a light emitting element and a projector. An illuminating device of the present invention is held in a state of being suspended from a holding tool fixed to a ceiling surface, emits illuminating light, and is provided with: an illuminating light source unit for generating the illuminating light, said light source unit being disposed inside of a housing; a projector unit, which is disposed in the inner space of the housing, and which projects an image to a projection surface; and a fan that is disposed at an upper part inside of the housing. An inlet port and an outlet port are formed in the housing, said inlet port and outlet port being formed at positions such that an air flow formed by the fan is sucked in from a lower portion of the housing, flows upward, passes through an area close to the illuminating light source unit, and the projector unit, and is discharged from an upper portion of the housing.
