An illuminating lighting, which comprises a light body (100), a light source module (200), and a light distributing component (300). The light body (100) comprises a mounting groove (110). The light body (100) is provided with a shading surface (120). The shading surface (120) is located at the groove opening of the mounting groove (110). The shading surface (120) is obliquely provided. The light source module (200) and the light distributing component (300) respectively are mounted within the mounting groove (110); moreover, the light distributing component (300) is arranged on the light source module (200) and the shading surface (120). When the light source module (200) in the illuminating lighting is mounted within the mounting groove (110) of the light body (100), a light beam emitted by the light source module (200) is shone from the groove opening of the mounting groove (110), at this time, the shading surface (120) located at the groove opening effectively intercepts and reflects the light beam being shone and prevents same from being shone directly on a teacher and students, thus improving on cases of glare.
