Abstract:
An illuminating unit (20) is provided with: a first lens (L1), which is disposed on the leading end side, and which is held by a first frame (21); a second lens (L2) that is disposed further toward the base end side than the first lens (L1); an elastic member (24) that connects the second lens (L2) and the first frame (21) such that the second lens (L2) is allowed to tilt; and a moving member (25) that tilts the second lens (L2) by applying a pressing force or a traction force to the second lens (L2).
