Abstract:
Disclosed is an illumination apparatus, wherein workability upon mounting a light source can be improved. The illumination apparatus (100) is provided with an LED module (60), a heat sink (30) for discharging heat from the LED module (60), and a light-source holder (40) comprising a latching section (44) for latching onto the heat sink (30), to hold the LED module (60) onto the heat sink (30). This makes screws for mounting the LED module (60) onto the heat sink (30) unnecessary, reducing the number of parts and simplifying the task of mounting the light source, and improving workability compared to conventional illumination apparatuses.
