Abstract:
An illumination unit is driven by a storage battery that has power generated by a generator stored therein. A communication unit (60) is driven by the storage battery that has power generated by the generator stored therein, and conducts communication processing. A control unit (72) adjusts the amount to be handled by the communication unit (60). A monitor unit (110) monitors the amount of power remaining in the storage battery. An estimation unit (112) estimates the amount of power remaining when a reference-timing arrives in the future, on the basis of the monitored amount of power remaining. A determining unit (114) determines whether the amount to be handled is to be increased or decreased, on the basis of the estimated amount of power remaining and a threshold value.
