An illumination apparatus (100). A wireless power supply transmitting component (50) is provided within a fixed body (10) and a wireless power supply receiving component (60) is provided within a rotary body (30); and the wireless power supply transmitting component (50) and the wireless power supply receiving component (60) may cooperate so as to establish wireless power transmission, so that power supplied by an external power supply within the fixed body (10) can be wirelessly transmitted to a light source module (40) inside of the rotary body (30), that is, a power transmission wire does not need to be provided between the fixed body (10) and the rotary body (30), preventing the provision of a wire from limiting the rotation direction and angle of rotation of the rotary body (30) relative to the fixed body (10), enabling the rotary body (100) of the illumination apparatus (100) to be rotated in any direction, greatly improving the convenience of adjusting the illumination direction.
