The present invention provides an illumination control device (5) for controlling illumination by one illumination device (2) capable of illuminating all directions by means of a plurality of light sources (11) for illuminating corresponding directions, wherein the illumination control device (5) is provided with a processing unit (20) for illuminating or extinguishing, each time light emission information for illuminating or extinguishing one or more light sources (11) from among the plurality of light sources (11) is regularly received, the one or more light sources (11) from among the plurality of light sources (11) in accordance with the light emission information. The light emission information includes information indicating executing, after executing a first light emission step for causing light to be emitted from a first light source, which is some of the plurality of light sources (11), a second light emission step for further causing light to be emitted from a second light source located in a prescribed range centered on the first light source.
