A frame body (3) has, in a part thereof, an opening (8). One or a plurality of LED light sources (13) is disposed inside the frame body (3) in a position separated from the opening (8) by a prescribed distance. Inside the frame body (3) is formed a space that, with the exception of the opening (8), is shielded from the outside. A light-guiding part (11) is provided near the opening (8) of the frame body (3). A support part (9) is provided at the tip of the light-guiding part (11). The support part (9) supports the an optical guide body (5). Near the opening (8) of the frame body (3), the light-guiding part (11) is tapered toward the optical guide body (5). Both faces of the optical guide body (5) are sandwiched by the support part (9). The tip part of the support part (9) comprises serves as an opening (7), and as a result,that is, the optical guide body (5) is affixed in the opening (7).
