Abstract:
[Problem] To prevent light leakage from a hinge in: an illumination device including a holder and a cover connected to each other via the hinge; a door trim provided with the illumination device; a vehicle door provided with the door trim; and a vehicle provided with the vehicle door.
[Solution] The illumination device (1) comprises: a holder (10) for holding a substrate (7), on the surface of which a light-emitting element (5) is mounted; a cover (11) connected to the holder via a hinge (45) and defining a storage chamber (47) for storing the substrate together with the holder; and a light guide hole (42A) provided in the cover and serving to guide light exiting the light-emitting element. The illumination device includes a light shielding piece (70) that, in a state where the cover is closed relative to the holder, extends beyond the surfaces (72A, 82A) where the holder and the cover meet at the hinge from either the holder or the cover.
