Abstract:
Even when illumination light for illuminating a moving object is emitted for a long time, it is possible to a user observing the captured image from feeling an uncomfortable feeling. An illumination device for imaging and a camera have a light emission unit (16) for emitting illumination light toward an object and a control unit (14) for controlling the change of light emitting luminance of the light emitting unit within an exposure time set in the camera.
