Abstract:
An illumination device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a light source unit including at least one light source; a support supporting the light source unit; a cradle which is coupled to the lower portion of the support and has a flat part on which a mobile terminal can be placed; a sensing unit having a sensor for detecting a mobile terminal placed on the cradle; and a control unit for turning on or off the light source to output a predetermined visible light transmission signal in response to detection of the mobile terminal. Accordingly, the present invention can operate a mobile terminal without any particular user manipulation and thus can provide greater user convenience.
