Abstract:
In the present invention, an illumination device is provided with: a hollow globe (3); a light source (5); a power source connection unit (2); a hollow columnar support (4); and a circuit module (7). The light source (5) includes at least one LED (21) and is accommodated within the globe (3). The power source connection unit (2) is provided at one end of the globe (3). The columnar support (4) penetrates into the globe (3) from one end of the globe (3), supports the light source (5) within the globe (3), and forms a heat conducting path that conducts the heat of the LED (21) to the power source connection unit (2). The circuit module (7) is accommodated on the inner side of the columnar support (4) and is electrically connected to the power source connection unit (2). The columnar support (4) includes an accommodation region (43) that is made independent so as to avoid the heat conducting path. From among a plurality of circuit elements (41) that constitute the circuit module (7), a specific circuit element (41a) having a low heat-resistance temperature is separated from the circuit module (7) and disposed in the accommodation region (43).
