Abstract:
An illumination system according to the present invention includes an illumination device, an information obtaining unit, and a control unit. The illumination device emits illumination light the spectrum of which can be changed. The information obtaining unit obtains first information related to the state of the eyes of a user. The control unit adjusts, on the basis of the first information, the spectrum of the illumination light to be emitted from the illumination device.
