Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an image collection device and method. The device comprises: a first support, a second support, a first lens module, a second lens module and a processing device. The first support and the second support are capable of rotating by taking a connection position as a center axis. The processing device is switched to be in a first working mode when detecting the first lens module and the second lens module are in a first position relation; The processing device generates a three-dimensional image on the basis of images acquired by the first lens module and the second lens module in the first working mode. The processing device is switched to be in a second working mode when detecting the first lens module and the second lens module are in a second position relation; and generates a 360-degree panoramic image on the basis of images acquired by the first lens module and the second lens module in the second working mode. According to the invention, the utilization rate of the image acquisition device is improved.
