Abstract:
The device is outfitted with: an optical characteristic modification section (15); an optical system (45) including an objective lens (47), for guiding light from the objective lens to the optical characteristic modification section; and an imaging element (52) for receiving light via the optical characteristic modification section. The optical characteristic modification section has a plurality of divided portions, and is adapted to selectively position one of the divided portions on the optical path. The divided portions have a first region for selecting a specific wavelength from the light from the optical system, and a second region that does not modify the optical characteristics of the light from the optical system.
