Abstract:
An image acquisition method and apparatus for a light-transmitting tube (6), and a tube diameter measurement method and apparatus for a light-transmitting tube (6). The tube diameter measurement apparatus comprises a light source, a fixing unit, an image collection unit (2) and an image processing unit. The tube diameter measurement method comprises the steps of: fixing a light-transmitting tube (6) to be subjected to measurement; using a light source to irradiate said light-transmitting tube (6); collecting an image of said light-transmitting tube (6) on an opposite side of the light source, and acquiring an image comprising the tube wall contour of said light-transmitting tube (6); and identifying and determining a boundary position of the tube wall contour of said light-transmitting tube (6), and obtaining, by means of calibration or calculation, measurement parameters required for said light-transmitting tube. A light-transmitting tube (6) is measured using a diffuse-scattering light source instead of a commonly used parallel light source. The advantage of using a diffuse-scattering light source is that the light source can be made into any size and shape, thus reducing the cost.
