Abstract:
According to the present invention, a target object is held so that a face of the target object is perpendicular to a predetermined XY plane and a direction corresponding to a carrying direction at the time of manufacturing is parallel to the XY plane, and the target object is arranged so that an angle formed by the normal line of the face of the target object and an X direction is an initial angle (step S11). The target object is irradiated with parallel light from the X direction (step S12). An image passing through the target object and projected onto a screen is acquired as an image by an image capturing unit (step S13). Next, a plurality of images are acquired by repeating acquisition of the image by the image capturing unit while changing the angle formed by the normal line of the face of the target object and the X direction (steps S13-S15).
