Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide an image acquisition method, terminal, device and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: receiving an incoming service number; searching, in a database, for a service corresponding to the service number and a pre-configured name list for images to be acquired for the service; displaying, according to the image name list, a corresponding photographing or scanning interface and performing photographing or scanning so as to obtain the image which needs to be acquired for the service; and submitting the acquired image.
