Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible to more appropriately prevent heat damage in a region irradiated with illumination light. [Solution] An image acquisition system is provided which is provided with: a first light source which emits narrowband light having peak intensity in a specific band; a second light source which emits broadband light having a wider band than the aforementioned specific band; a generating unit which generates combined light using the aforementioned narrowband light and the aforementioned broadband light; an imaging unit which images the target irradiated with the combined light; a predicting unit which predicts the temperature of the region of the irradiation target that was irradiated with the combined light; and a control unit which controls output of the narrowband light and the broadband light on the basis of the aforementioned prediction.
